Governance
The Board is appointed by the Annual General Meeting (AGM), with each member serving until the next AGM. Any member has the right to resign from their position. Additionally, the AGM can appoint an auditor or an auditing firm, with auditors typically serving for multiple years. The company does not establish a nomination committee. Shareholders have the opportunity to propose board candidates before the AGM notice is issued.

Hans Wiksell
CEO
Hans is a Swedish engineer, entrepreneur, and professor emeritus in clinical applications of electromagnetic and acoustic waves at Karolinska Institutet. With a background in medical technology innovation, he founded Comair AB in 1967 and NeoDynamics AB in 2004, focusing on cancer treatment advancements. Hans has developed pioneering technologies such as brain tumor treatment equipment, the Sonocut ultrasound system, and the Lithocut kidney stone crusher, contributing significantly to minimally invasive medical treatments.
